There are 4 easy steps to the purchase and receipt of all Personal Success Programs. 

1, The customer purchases a Personal Success Program through the Hadley Running website.  Once the purchase has been completed Hadley Running will automatically e-mail the purchaser a receipt with a link to a Runner Questionnaire to be completed.

2. The customer completes and submits the questionnaire. Coach Hadley will follow up (via e-mail) if he has any additional questions he has while designing the customer's Personal Success Program.

3. Hadley Running will send the customer their Personal Success Program within 3-5 days following the return of their Runner Questionnaire.  Primary delivery method is via e-mail but other options can be considered if desired. 

4. The customer has the option for a 15 minute phone call (in English) with Coach Hadley to answer many questions they have about their Personal Success Program,

Terms and conditions:

• If at any time after the purchase of the program but before the customer has returned the Runner Questionnaire the customer needs to cancel their purchase, they can contract Hadley Running and get a full refund of their purchase in the same method their purchase was made .
• The customer is prohibited from sharing the direct contents of their Personal Success Program in whole or sustainable part on social media or other websites to large groups or the general public.  
• All physical training incurs the possibility of physical injury.  As such the customer accepts this risk and agrees not to hold Hadley Running nor Coach Hadley directly responsible for any injuries that occur through the execution of their Personal Success Program.
