1) Once you have made your purchase below, Hadley Running will automatically e-mail your receipt to you with a link to a detailed questionnaire to complete so that Coach Hadley can gather all the information he will need to design your best possible program.
2) Coach Hadley will follow-up with you if he has any additional questions.
3) Coach Hadley will send you your Personal Success Program in 3-5 days after having received back your completed questionnaire. Primary delivery is via e-mail but also available through regular mail if desired.
4) You have the option of also having a 15 minute call with Coach Hadley (English only) to discuss your program if desired.
Whenever you recommend a Personal Success Program from Hadley Running to a running friend and they sign-up, you will get $30 in cash as a “thank you” from Hadley Running.
Here is how it works. When a runner signs up for a Personal Success Program they are sent a runner questionnaire to complete. This is where we gather all the information we need to design their program for them. One of the questions we ask is “where did you learn about our programs”? If a runner answers your name or your social media account, we will send you $30. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle or by check.
You’ll be helping your fellow runner reach their running goal by connecting them with a coach and program with a great track record of helping runners reach their goals. And you’ll be helping us reach more runners to fulfill our mission to help amazing people reach their running goals.
Each Personal Success Running Training Program is considered to be 1 full training cycle and can last between 6 and 26 weeks in duration depending on the situation.
How long of a training program you will need will depend a lot on how far away your current running fitness is from your goal fitness. The further away you are the longer the program you will need to get there.
Another factor is the length of your goal race and your experience with it, in general longer running races will take a longer training program to prepare for.
5k to 10k Running Race: typical length 6 to 12 weeks
15k to Half Marathon: typical length 8 to 16 weeks
Marathon: typical length 12 to 20 weeks
Ultramarathon: typical length 16 to 26 weeks
